Location Clean Staff are very nice and professional Willing to help Bed was very comfortable Room was not 100% ready when I came. I had to ask for shampoo, soap but they were delivered right away when I asked

I love the location of the hotel. It's very close to the Liberdade-Japão Square. I didn't like that the neighborhood have some beggars.

It was in an excellent location in Liberdade, close to a lot of transportation and food. The room was very comfortable and had alot of good ammenities. Sound-proofing in the rooms could be a little bit better, but it was not bad. I could barely hear noises from other rooms, but I did hear noises from other rooms (even with all windows locked).

The location and flexible reception I was next to a renovation and the front road were both noisy .

Location was great My room smelt of smoke, there was blood on the bathroom tiles. Room wasn’t cleaned whole time I was there. Cleaning staff made loud noise late into night.

The bed was huge, and many soft pillows. It was very comfortable to have a great sleep. I'd recommend this room for a couple because the shower door was see-through.

breakfast was very good, amazing location, very close to good restaurants, many good stores, the room is very big, good lights, big bed, it was very confortable there is some noises that makes a litlle hard to sleep, but in general it is ok

The location, the breakfast (simple but good) and mainly the staff were awesome! They didn’t have more blankets for us and it was a cold night, the air conditioner were broke (so we couldn’t put it on to heat the room) and the bathroom was kind of dusty.

The hotel was in a good location surrounded by many restaurants and shops. The room was very clean and tidy. I really liked the fact that they provided some necessities also such as toothbrushes and slippers. I was also very grateful that the hotel held onto our suitcases on our last day there so that we could pick them up later when it was time for us to catch our flight. The wifi couldn’t reach around the whole room and you had to be in a certain location to be able to use it, it made it difficult to use the wifi. Although the breakfast was nice it was a bit limited and there wasn’t a huge range of food. Also it would be very beneficial for there to be a lift, especially for those who have rooms on the top floor and have to climb up with big suitcases.

the location, most of the staff was very nice. The breakfast was just awful. The bathroom was also awful as were the towels. The bedding gave me allergies.
