the location and the staff not so clean , there were mold on the walls and the ceiling

Friendly and helpful staff and great breakfast. The room was basic but clean, quiet and comfortable for an overnight stay. The location was close to Liberdade; i felt safe walking there during the day.

One of the staff members was very lazy an unhelpful (Saturday 7pm), however his replacement (Saturday 9pm) was very helpful indeed! The hotel is located near to the Japanese district of Liberdad The walls are very thin. I couldn't sleep on the uncomfy beds as I could hear the room next to me playing music - it was like they were in the room next to me. The banging doors woke me up. Not very private.
