Breakfast and location were great, as well as the spa even though its not included There were no night lamps by the bed and not very hot water in the shower, but for me not a big deal

The room itself didn't have much. The advertisement mentioned there would be a table and 2 more chairs, but instead, we had another bed. Which was completely useless... The television was rather outdated and the wi-fi connection was unstable at best. The toilet also seemed to infinitely discharge water, so every time I had to open it up to lower the valve manually, so it could fill up with water. Lastly, I believe the AC unit's filter needed to be changed, as me and my friend felt rather sick and had allergic reactions every time we turned it on. Lastly, the staff mentioned we could get our water bottles refilled for free with warm and cold water in the restaurant, yet, when we went there, they only refilled it twice before telling us we should buy water from them instead. A water filter in the room would make it a lot better of a stay.

Great location. Spacious room. There was a hair on the bathtub when we arrived and thru out our stay, it was never cleaned. Breakfast was no big deal and staff was short so clean dishes were lacking and tables left with pilled dirty dishes. There are no glasses or cups in the room neither in the bathroom.

Breakfast was good, location is excellent for visiting the Liberdade district. Parking was good, better prices if compared to third party parking areas. Had to wait for one extra hour past the check-in time (2pm) for my room to be ready. The bed is small for a couple to sleep on, also the AC in our room was old and dirty. The room was on the fourth floor and we could hear noises from the city during the night.
