The breakfast is not very diverse. Excellent location. Good facilities and overall cleanliness. The free Wi-Fi didn’t work all the time.

Great staff, room, shower, breakfast and location with respect to interesting sites. The hotel is located on a street full of bars and night clubs. Noise was loud for long hours during night (weekend) and the room had no sound insulation.

The apartment was roomy and confortável. Perfect size for a single traveler or a couple. Ideally situated on Rua Augusta with many places for drinking and dining nearby. Walking distance to Av Paulista and metro station Consolacao. No complaints. Good value for the price

Super friendly and accommodating staff. Breakfast is OK Noise, noise all night. From the bars, traffic and people outside, between the rooms. No sound proofing at all. Noise from the bars and the people though the night, and garbage trucks collecting trash from said bars in the morning. Sleep is impossible

The hotel was pretty close to the event I was attending. Very easy to get to and from the Frei Caneca convention centre. Comfortable bed, nice shower, great reception staff, always eager to help. The hotel is okay. I was initially taken aback as the hotel is in a night clubbing area and there were many ‘street workers’ in the surroundings, dressed in an undressed kind of way. A bit of a shock for my elderly mother. Negative for some, positive for others!
