Was usually same breakfast but not bad. A bit noisy for me as a light sleeper.

The staff was wonderfully nice, and it was super clean! I loved how cute and bright the building was, as well as its location. I found it to be in a very safe area that was close to some bus stops!

Beautiful house in a residential quarter of town, very well maintained and fully functional. Beautiful terrace with a great view on the city and very nice gardens to relax. Oscar and his wife were super helpful and helped in any possible way. Absolutely recommended in you are in Sao Paulo.

This beautiful little boutique hotel was everything we look for when traveling. The owner/proprietor, Oscar, was incredibly helpful in regard to our every need/request. (And he is fluent in English!) The location is GREAT, with an absolutely fabulous restaurant directly next door. The property itself is so interesting with multiple fascinating characteristics ... the architecture, the courtyards, the koi pond, etc. And although we had heard so many things about how dangerous Sao Paulo is, we felt 100% safe, both in that neighborhood, and certainly on the property itself. (It is gated and requires facial recognition on a screen at the exterior entrance to get in.) Lastly, the price was great ... far less than we have paid for only average accommodations. Ratings of 10 across the board. If we are ever in Sao Paulo again, we will definitely stay here.

Clean and exceptionally tasteful decor. Modern entry with face recognition. Safe and quiet. Convenient location from which to Uber. Beds room and bath modern and comfortable. Great view all around and easy access to many free parking spots across the street. Staff is friendly and very accommodating. Owner has a great personality. Breakfast ends at 9:00 sharp so better get up
