Simply not enough space. Or rather: space badly used. I didn't need the little kitchenette, and then in the bathroom there's hardly room to get in and out of the shower. There's a desk in the bedroom, but nowhere to sit (except on the bed) if I want to use it.

Staff was very nice. Reception area and breakfast were excellent Lighting in the apartment is awful. It makes it look dingy. It could be cleaner. It looks and feels old.

Dirty old rooms. Cockroaches running on the bed at night. Horrible smell in the toilet. Sofa old and dirty. Carpet old and dirty. Worst place ever in my life. Old and dirty. Risk of being robbed by going outside the building as people using crack pass just in front of the building.

Great location, one of the best areas in São Paulo. Very good breakfast. Great value. The apartments are in dire need of an update. Walls were stained, furniture was old and uncomfortable, the bathroom was really bare bones, not acceptable for a hotel. There was no hot water in the middle of winter, the warmest that we got was cool water, showers were very uncomfortable. The kitchen has two plates, and two sets of cutleries. No towels, detergent, it really is a waste to have a kitchen that just doesn’t work.

The breakfast is excellent. The beds and the apartments itself are spacious and comfy. The staff is excellent. Lu, Ana Flavia, Breno, Ieta, Manuela, security Adriano and more. The location is good. Stores, restaurants and pharmacies nearby. Cleanness of the rooms. There should be a daily cleaning service provided for the apartments, and more detail oriented. We had to ask for a new A/C remote several times and it was not provided. Also there were dirty light switches and door handles of the refrigerator. We had to ask several times for toilet paper as the cleaning crew did not supply any new ones after cleaning up. The cleaning process must be more detail oriented. The location is in a good part of São Paulo with many things to do, shops and metro close. The only down side is the park diagonal across the street. Full of junkies which gives an unsafe and uncomfortable feeling passing there. I would suggest ventilation fans in the bathroom, now you have to open up the bathroom door after a shower for the vapor and humidity to leave the bathroom.

Nice and clean, parking available. Extra large room and a lot of space. Good for long stays. Has a small kitchem with fridge and microwave. Perfect for large families. Neighborhood is ok if you go up the street. Down the street not so good to go

The employees are extremely nice and warm despite the fact that I don’t speak Portuguese.. The breakfast is very good and the room nice and clean. I 100% recommend, it’s in a nice area and close to everything
