Although there were no in-person communication, late time check-in, check-out, luggage keeping were all smooth and easy. The room was spacious with all the needs. Beds were good with warm blanket. Probably the best-budgeted accommodation in São Paulo with a private bathroom (was clean). The location was also great, felt safe even around around mid-night (unlike downtown), with many restaurants/bars around, and a subway station.

I love the location and everything offered within the unit. I was a bit sad to only be staying for one night because it was clear I could be comfortable there for a much longer stay :) As much as I was pleased with everything provided for our comfort and convenience, the cleanliness, the location, and the comfort, the best part was the staff! It felt like the people who worked there were taking care of me like I was family visiting their house. They were very warm, kind, and caring. I even accidentally forgot something in the fridge, and they helped me to make arrangements for a friend to pick it up later. I would definitely stay here again. It was perfect.
