Room was not comfortable.

We have stayed here before, so it was definitely worth coming back to a second time. Friendly staff and the rooms are well-maintained. The property is very nice, and I only have good things to say about it, but it’s located in a busy area. As such, definitely make sure you pay attention to your surroundings (someone on a motorcycle tried to take my phone).

Location, value, breakfast No Soundproofing between rooms, front desk staff didn’t speak any English which made dealing with issues difficult, no policies to ensure the enjoyment of other guests (unsupervised teenagers occupied next room that really made my stay unpleasant). * * Every day I needed to inform the front desk that there were 4-6 occupants in the room shouting, kicking walls, breaking glass, slamming doors and yelling in the hallways for hours at a time into the night. The staff did not or could not accommodate my numerous requests to move rooms as the hotel was full. I understand that they called the room #607 but it didn’t result in anything more than a momentary peace and they group would start up again. Also, prior to my arrival I kept getting emails from the hotel through booking.com that my credit card information was incorrect (it worked for all the hotels for my 6 week trip and it worked when I checked in, strangely.) I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect quiet enjoyment, comfort and safety in a hotel room.

Everything was just like I was expecting as always. The wifi was working properly, the staff was polite and helpful, the hotel was clean and smelled good. I always stay there and will always recommend people to stay there too if they're looking for efficient cost benefit with good location. Not their fault but this time I book a small room that was on the 3rd floor, for this reason I was near the patio and I could hear all the AC motors and people talking outside. Again, this is not their fault as I chose the room.

Affordable, great location, and overall comfortable room/facilities. Nothing to complain about.

Front desk staff don’t speak English, but they are friendly enough try to help. No shampoo and body wash provided. Shower room has no door so water was just flashed out from the shower room.

The location is great if you’re planning to visit the most iconic places in São Paulo. The staff is super friendly and always ready to help. The rooms are a bit cramped, and the dining area is quite small. It can be a bit challenging to move around when it’s full.

Good receptionists one was speaking English for once! Breakfast was really abundant and even open at 6.30.that was very convenient But the room very small!though lots of mini bar goodies! Otherwise all good
