The receptionist was straight forward, the ladies serving breakfast were kind and nice. i did not like that when i arrived i thought that i had paid for my accommodation and was confused to find out that booking did not complete it and i had to go and pay for it in cash?

Very noisy hotel. You can hear everything from the other bedrooms. Apart from that, at least in the room I stayed, if anyone flushed the toilet, you could hear the pipes for a long time after that. And the fan was so noisy we couldn't use. If you don't have trouble sleeping in noisy places, it's fine...

Location is v handy, next to metro with restaurants, bank & supermarket nearby. Rooms are compact & clean, they have a little desk Other guests can be very noisy, they often have TVs turned on loudly after midnight. Hard to tolerate when it happens every night. No sound insulation so you hear everything. The price fluctuates a lot

I wish there were more variety at breakfast with no extra cost! Different fruits, whole wheat bread option...as examples! I liked almost everything though! My only real complaint is the noise by other tenants. I think night time receptionists do not do much of anything with loud, obnoxious people. They need to vijiar melhor; I may not return for this reason!!!?

breakfast and breakfast staff My first negative review in YEARS of worldwide travel... Horrendous customer service & check-in process, bad communication among administration. If you want to be baited with false advertisement and then extorted to pay extra fees without an option to leave - this hotel is for you! When speaking with the higher ups, the front desk worker Celijane will purposely twist the story, omitting key details just to make her authoritarian power-tripping fantasies come true. This person should be fired and does not deserve to be in the hospitality space.

Some variety at breakfast would be good! It is exactly the same for 10 days!!! Everything else is very good! Noise in the hallway after 11pm. Even hear workers talking loud!
