If this is one of the value options you see on booking, definitely stay here! Breakfast was great with full variety. Staff were always helpful and available. Beds were comfortable. Shower was strong, but not warm. Negatives would be that there were some bugs, no biggie for us. Room #4 is next to the road, and would not recommend staying in there. The AC works, but not very well, and it’s loud, which helps compete with the street noise. I’d advise this over most similarly priced stays in São Paulo. Definitely worth what you pay.

Good location, polite and helpful staff. Room was more like a prison cell - no windows. Noisy, both A/C and thin walls. Breakfast didn't seem to be monitored; there were flies in the few pieces of ham remaining and no butter on the first day. Second day was not much better - scrambled eggs did not seem fresh and no juice or drinking water.

Hard bed, no furniture except from that, no divider beteween shower and toilett. We got into a long argument about money where they said they canceled the payment and I needed to pay for the night I stayed one more time with out any proof that it was canceled. After talking to the company that handles the card reader they said it was not and that they could not do that, and finally the let us leave the hotel. Would not even recommend anyone to go there.

The room was very cozy and it was comfortable the bed. The personal staff were so kind with me and they always help me with any questions. I highly recommend it.

I like the location, easy to go anywhere in n sp. The sheets and the room didn’t seem clean and the receptionist of the day time is rude.

The location is good. It's a basic crappy motel. It was not worth the price. We went to breakfast at 9:30 and they told us it was already over snd quickly cleared everything. The room is so small you can barely open the door without it hitting the bed. There wasn't even a seat on the toilet.
