The hotel is a bit old in which it's normal in that region!

The staff was attentive. We arrived earlier and we received good attention. Our A/C was pretty dirty and did not work well. Under the beds there was dust.

The Hotel Staff and Management are professional and friendly, most of them can speak English, which makes it easier for communication for non-Brazilian guests. Also, I liked the Breakfast even though it's simple. The area around the hotel might feel a bit lively and unfamiliar to first-time visitors to Brazil, but I was quite comfortable with it due to my extended stay in the country.

Horrible hotel, didn’t provide toilet supplies, staff doesn’t speak English just Portuguese. Not suitable for long stays.

Felt super safe in the neighbourhood. Everyone told me to be careful and to be worried but I didn’t find that at all. Hotel staff were great and gave lots of tips and ideas. I’d stay here again. Breakfast had amazing fruit (among other things)

Hotel is budget friendly. It's my under expectations nothing bad experienced during my stay. WiFi okay not excellent but hotel room was big and clean. Room rates are fairly and There is nothing to such complaint about it except they don't speak English fluent. During my stay no issues I will highly recommend budget traveller Everything Good Except They should speak and understand English that's it WiFi is just slow sometimes doesn't I don't think anything I need to complain about it value of money

The location, the neighborhood looks dangerous, don't walk to go to the hotel, you can instead of use uber.

This hotel had a surprisingly good breakfast. It was located near the metro, and had some very interesting light switches. The rooms were huge! The bed was so hard! Newer mattresses are in order. This hotel used to be great in 1980, and has not been updated since then. It is still very acceptable, and the staff were amazing.
