the bones of the hotel are great, but it needs some remodeling. shower was not that great, decoration was a bit old, rooms didn’t feel cozy, door kept giving trouble to lock

The location is good and also the pool, also it is smaller than in the fotos. The bathroom was hughe and clean. The furniture needs a new styling it looks quite old fashioned

Location: EXCEPTIONAL. Close to shoppings, Paulista Avenue, subway, & everything needed to go to the tourist attractions. Breakfast:EXCEPTIONAL. Good variety of fruits, breads, beverages, pastries, juices, and omelets. Room. HORRIBLE. Old (not antique) furniture. Bad smell of sewer. Elevator: HORRIBLE. Takes forever to arrive. However, good view front the elevator to the lobby area. Staff: Polite, well trained, English speaker. HOWEVER, The hotel continue to perpetuates the RACISM that is rampage in the Brazilian society. The front desk staff is ONLY WHITES. Black, Asians, and POC are only doing the low level jobs (housekeeper, door men & women, etc...). THIS HOTEL CONTINUE TO PERPETUATE THE RACISM & AGEISM THAT IS RAMPAGE IN THE BRAZILIAN SOCIETY THAT DENIED JOB'S OPPORTUNITIES TO NON-WHITES AND OLD ADULT INDIVIDUALS. If you are from the USA (same as I am) where equality and opportunities is one of our values you will not feel welcome in this hotel. Yes, BLACK LIVES MATTER (VIDAS NEGRAS IMPORTAM) & PEOPLE OVER 40 YEARS OLD AGE MATTERS TOO.

[Extended holiday. Apartment Brazilian. Couple and 1y old son. ] Great space for a family. Beautiful hall! Swimming pool is great too. Nice breakfast. Could have a microwave as a facility for mom’s needs. coffee could be better. And also could have coffee machine in the apartment.

Perfect location near Paulisata Very friendly staff Very clean rooms Had a nice suite (Brasiliana, 17th floor, impressive view) I loved the architecture of this 1980' hotel, with large patio, incredible lifts, the hotel had the "good taste" to leave it within its initial style and decoration, with renovation respecting the initial style, very much "Wallpaper magazine": staying there is like jumping in the brilliant 80', it's style will become soon iconic, so different from all worldwide standard decoration of the 5* and 4*. And funny to see how excellent the construction quality was in the 80': the suite has still some of its initial decoration, like bathrooms, wood furniture, and even if it is a bit old-fashioned and dated, I like it much better that some new hotels (for eg the Pullman Vila Olympia - same Accor group), where everything is new but already look tired and poor quality :) The beds could be of better quality
