Suite style rooms, with separate living room, room and closet. The location is exceptional, walking distance to Av Paulista and top restaurants in the area. The bathroom had a smell, maybe from the outside. The toilet seat is very small for a man.

Very comfortable suite with living room, kitchen, bedroom with queen size bed, and bathroom with high pressure water. Loved the location, walkable to Avenida Paulista and excellent restaurants. A small but important detail could be improved: the quality of the soap and toilet paper.

Clean, great location and great staff. Breakfast is mediocre, outdated pool area, small gym, and tv screens/ entertainment.

They were out of the family room type we'd booked, but we were upgraded to a 3 room apartment.

The staff only speaks Portuguese. The air conditioning in one of the rooms did not work, but no effort was made to find a solution. The impression was that it had been known before and that they did nothing with it. The breakfast was disappointing, so much, that we had breakfast outside the hotel. The price-quality ratio is very disappointing.

The location is great. Easy to access public transport system. Near Av. Paulista and Oscar Freire. Thousand restaurants and bars nearby. The family room is spacious and comfortable. The WiFi and breakfast could be better. The receptionist told me they will upgrade the WiFi soon.

Location great. Shower was super. Well maintained. Missed eggs at breakfast. Stayed a week and would like more variety. Last friday the orange juice was bad.

Good location ! We stayed during the F1 race week end, they had more than doubled the prices..... Breakfast is so so ! Room are old and mattresses are uncomfortable....
