Breakfast was good. Staff not interested in helping.

Not much negative: the bathrooms could use better light and there are not enough elevators for a tall, narrow building (especially when the hotel is relatively full).

there is some construction going on the building and the elevator is very small and also there is only 2 which makes the up and down uncomfortable.

Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast buffet had many choices. Nice option to dine inside or out. The restaurant for lunch options were great too. Nice side patio that was enclosed. Roof top pool was nice option. For security, I like that your key card limits you to only going to your floor but you can access the pool/fitness floor. No key needed for floor zero, reception. Appreciated the security daily at front and on premises. Standout staff Mariana, Marcelo and Ronaldo but others were very helpful too. :) Elevator key card was a bit glitchy, needed reprogram of key card and/or their assistance.

Location, size of the bedroom and breakfast were great!! You are in the middle of everything. The breakfast was delicious! The bathroom has ants and was quite outdated. I could also hear a lot of noise from the streets -- windows are not double or triple pane and unfortunately there was some night work on the street of the hotel on one of the nights. The elevator was also an issue mainly because the service elevator was out..there were long waits to take the elevator.

Central location. They had Triple beds which is great if travelling in a group.

The check in guys were so friendly and helpful. They gave recommendations for places to eat and were a pleasure to deal with. The room had a great desk for working at and the bed was comfortable. The pool was an added bonus even though the pool chairs were uncomfortable. The breakfast was basic but OK. The building is a little worn but the room was clean.

The staff were exceptional the entire time I stayed… I did not have the breakfast so I can’t comment on that… the rooms are very large with a desk for working, a separate area for dressing and storage of luggage. Unfortunately there was a problem with the pool and consequently that was unavailable however negotiation with the management provided breakfast in compensation, not however take this offer up but it was available to me. All in all, I’m very happy with the way they handled this. I would recommend that they upgrade the towels, but that would be my only thing I would change .
