Staff. Súper friendly. Breakfast is decent and full The state of the rooms is really not up to the price and location of the hotel. I go there every year and it hasn’t received investment at all, even when it changed owner last year.

The reception team don't speak English . Alot of noise in the hotel.

again, when i was checking my other bank card statement of SBI it was debited R$3183.99 which card i given during booking. The payment done double time and i am trying to ask the hotel contact number but they are speaking local language and not understanding. I am trying to call the Booking.com customer care but i am unable to get it. Payment policy. Since hotel they taken payment from me. Booking.com debited the same from me. duel time payment made and need one payment reversa.

Location is really nice, facility also good Room service did not answer for 30min, could not talk to them at all, even in person... not a big issue... but... i was expecting a little better service for the price.

Stuff are so slow and security should be more strict. When we asked that our key not working they change it even ask for an ID.
