Excellent Every thing is perfect

Location is top notch. The suit was nice but the facilities: coworking, sunroof, pool, gym are fantastic. The location is perfect but the main avenue is loud, and the rooms are not sound proof so it can be loud. The check in process is mainly automated via AI, it can be hard for older persons or those not familiar with automated processes. It’s also a bit weird that they ask for Face ID to enter the building but honestly this is most buildings in São Paulo, joya part of the culture i guess. I wish they had room for luggage before or after checking in. Also I was not able to Use the washroom.

Location The check-in is horrible, all handled by web, request payment in advance, like a warrant, in a link via WhatsApp, separate form booking. Minutes before the entrence they request lot of information to give you the code to enter. The apartment is very tiny. Incredible small. It is just for 2 people and just to sleep and take a bath

The staff was amazingly helpful during my stay. I loved all the amenities. The front desk attendants were all very nice and super accommodating.

All great!! Some traffic noise at night if you leave the window opened.
-
No food A map for tourists - or information to help us get around or order food late at night.

Flat was fully functional, clean and well located. It has a mini-kitchen, a comfortable sofa and good bed. Online support was quick and effective when dealing with issues. Self-service check-in was less than ideal (filling out forms and uploading documents via mobile data while roaming after a long flight... not great!). Check-in instructions could have been handed in advance, not on the spot. We could not leave the luggage at the reception before checking in.

The check in information was not very clear, so I struggled to find my apt number at first. Checkout information was also sent later than my actual move out time. All communication was in portugese which did not help. You also have to pay security deposit that wasn’t communicated in the beginning. Overall apartment is smaller than it looks on the photos, and I wouldn’t stay there again.

This apartment was fantastic. It was spotlessly clean, the bed was super comfy and came with a thick comforter, the view from the apartment balcony was superb, and the building staff was excellent. The facilities were all as advertised, I used the rooftop pool regularly as well as the gym, and you can't beat the neighborhood in the Sao Paulo. Highly recommend.

Location was good Room is too small. Balcony is too small. Problems with electrical outlets not working. Pool was dirty and no cushions on lounge chairs. Host difficult to communicate with

I liked the location as it was not too far from Avenida Paulista, the Metro, the supermarket, and buses. In the region, there are nice places to have breakfast and a few restaurants. The apartment is tiny — moving around is difficult even for one person, and if you’re two, space becomes a daily challenge. There’s no room between the double bed and the curtains, so getting into bed requires the flexibility of an acrobat. The kitchenette has the basics (pots, pans, plates, cutlery), but actually sitting at the table is nearly impossible. The space between the bed and the table/desk/TV stand is so tight that the furniture feels more decorative than functional. A note on the “Superior” label: it doesn’t mean the studio is superior in comfort or size — it simply means it’s on a higher floor. Sleeping can be difficult due to street noise unless you use earplugs. There is a “balcony,” but it lacks chairs, contrary to what the photos suggest. The internet worked only intermittently. Streaming was practically impossible, and for several days, the connection was completely down due to what was described as an issue with the provider. Overall, I’ve removed this place from my list of accommodation options and won’t be returning.

Location is excellent and the apartment was clean. The location feels pretty safe during the day, but I would avoid walking around in the night (general recommendation for São Paulo). It was a good stay in general. Check-in is extremely intrusive; they ask for too much data in their own app. The wifi was unreliable for the whole week, consider having an alternative connection if you are going to work at the premises. The apartment has basic kitchenware, but doesn't provide any food or drinks (even coffee); Uber eats or iFood are very helpful in this regard. The location is noisy even at night because it's in a main avenue; not a problem for me, but can be if you sleep light.

Company never returnd calls and emails about extended stay or check in
-
The WIFI was working occasionally and I had to switch between networks and the A/C was not working well. The worst thing on my end was that the owner refused to refund me for 3 nights and showed 0 flexibility to dates change, something I find annoying and unfair.

They don’t have bag luggage storage. The interfone wasn’t working and it’s very lounge the street outside, not helpful to sleep.

I stayed at this apartment for 4 nights and had a truly pleasant experience. The unit was impeccably clean upon arrival, and the queen-sized mattress was exceptionally comfortable — easily one of the best I’ve slept on. The in-room TV was a good size and perfect for winding down in the evenings. Every amenity worked flawlessly and was clearly well-maintained. Most importantly, the host was incredibly helpful and attentive, promptly accommodating all my requests throughout my stay, which made the experience seamless. The only minor drawback is that the room is on the smaller side. With large luggage, it did feel a bit tight moving around. However, this was a small trade-off for the overall quality and hospitality. I would absolutely stay here again.

Very clean and complete! The little space.

My second stay was a larger room, which provided more comfort. The building is very nice, I tried the lavanderia and ot worked amazingly, the views are also incredible The noise will always be there , but again the fridge seems to be louder than the street outside

The room wasn’t that much clean , their was a very bad smell in the bedroom and the bed wasn’t that much clean
