The staff was amazing and so respectful. So helpful as well when you needed help about the neighbourhood. Even though there was a language barrier they went beyond and above to ensure we understood each other. Nothing comes to mind! Not in a negative way but they should get more rooms because this place is lovely!

I haven't noticed it during booking, but the whole hostel is decorated with stuff from Harry Potter movies. As a fan, I was really surprised and happy. Maybe not the best hostel ever, but for this price it is very good Only 2 WCs for all rooms, kitchen is pretty small (but I haven't got any problems with it)

Lots of Harry Potter decorations. Staff didn't answer any contact attempts, left me outside of the hostel at night for more than 40 minutes. Bathrooms are subpar and I had to sleep starring at someone's feet.

Staff is nice (they do not speak English though), good location right next to Paulista The single room has no windows at all!! Weird sound (generator behind the wall?) Breakfast very limited Ok for 1 night but absolutely not worth the price

Every bed has a own charging spot, kitchen is well equipped, hostel is super clean, breakfast is basic, owner are super friendly and helpful, shower is clean and has hot water, wifi is good and working, super located next to avenida paulista Not really a common area

Great Location. Staff was good, with google translate. They connected me with Matilda hostel in Curitiba, which I also recommend. I think that breakfast was good, and the room and bed was good as well. Right next to Avenida Paulista which is a hotspot in Sao Paulo! Especially on Sundays! It was great!

Outstanding location, a block from the main street Paulista, and in an area filled with restaurants, cafes, nightlife, and the metro within two blocks. Extremely warm, friendly, and accommodating manager and staff, who go above and beyond. Clean, clean facilities. Three-level bunk beds, so be sure to specify what you want when you reserve. The complimentary breakfast could be expanded with some cheese and cold cuts. Tourist and visitor information is needed, including maps.
