great location, friendly staff, great breakfast very noisy, lots of loud people outside all night long (on weekends), but there is really nothing the hotel can do, except perhaps warning guests of rooms overlooking the street?

Great location and amenities. They need to replace the mattresses.

Everything was OK besides the extremely rude night watchman who screamed at me using Portuguese swearwords because I supposedly didn't close the door. Word of advice to the hotel manager: fire this guy immediately or at least don't allow him to get in contact with guests.

O hotel atende as expectativas.

Location, was convenient for night life, and reception staff was helpful. The condition of the rooms. It is tired, and the bed linen and blankets were old. Experienced bite marks after the sleep in the bed.

The location is close to a lot of the tourist spots in the city, it's central, so if you want partying and nightlife it would be a good choice. The bedroom has air conditioning which makes it much better. There is a metro station nearby which could make things easy. If you want to rest and sleep, this is not the place for you. Our room had a window to the street, and since there were two bars neighboring the hotel, we slept poorly. We ended up getting earplugs to be able to sleep. The elevator is also noisy, so you should definitely get earplugs before arriving. The location looks a bit sketchy and I was afraid of going out sometimes.

Price quality ratio is excellent. No issue to check in very late (2 am).Though the area is so-so. I arrived via Uber at night; not advisable to walk. I would stay elsewhere (near/at Paulista) next time. It was unclear how to open the window blinds - could do with some upgrading. I think the rooms facing the street get very noisy.

Friendly staff and close to the theatre I needed to attend. Shops close by as well. I think there is a nightclub directly opposite as all I heard all night was loud thumping dance music.

Simple hotel, clean and confortable, nothing more nothing less. In the heart of the city, in an area that has night life so it never feels unsafe. Staff are polite and professional. Breakfast is simple. Very good value for money.

The description on booking said the room had a safe but looks like I need to do a certain upgrade for that They didn’t have a safe at reception, I had townsite the attendant to call someone to find a key for me to get an item I requested to be kept
