Whilst the room was quite small, it was clean, the bed was comfortable and the hot shower needed no adjustment. The toilet and shower were well equipped for our 1 night stay. The staff were so helpful and courteous. We had a wonderful breakfast, they catered for special diets - coeliac allergies. Vegetarians and vegans. The facility to store travel luggage for the day before our evening flight enabled us to maximise our time enjoying the museum and park. It's location is Central and enabled us to walk to Liberdade and Av Paulista. Above all it was safe and welcoming.

Staff friendly, breakfast good, location very good. Air con and heat worked well - needed both. Weak point - first floor room did not have a window - ask for floor 2. Fair value, would stay again.

The room was very outdated, the comforter was very old. The first day we had some towels with holes in it. We could open the blinds because the building is next to the back of another building and it was a sore to the eye.

There wasn't an elevator and the stairs were very steep. The bed was not comfortable. The bed comforter was very old. The bathroom was very small ( it was a corner bathroom).

Great location. Beautiful repurposed building. No elevator. The blinds in hotel were broken so there was bright lights at night and bright sunshine at 5am. Blindout curtains would be great.

Right next to the metro station, breakfast was fresh and has a large range of options. The room was basic but very functional with much needed air-conditioning.

The hotel is in a good location, very close to the metro station and Paulista Avenue. The staff are very friendly, Sergio in the reception was great to deal with, and the girls in the kitchen Ruth and Cristina really were good to help out with the breakfast as my son has an special diet. The bedroom are very clean. Thank you so much all.
