The hotel is extremely well located. Everything was easy, I love the on-demand housekeeping, it makes me feel more at ease. Breakfast was good and shower was good too. My one problem was with the mattress, a bit too firm for me, but I actually got used to it quickly. The guests on my floor weren’t the most quiet either, but that’s nothing to do with the hotel.

Very easy to check in and check out, excellent location, in a fair price.

Me cobraram para fazer um check in 1:30 mais cedo. E eu desocupei o quarto às 7 da manhã do dia seguinte. Depois me cobraram um valor a mais da garagem pois eu estava em um evento do lado do hotel. Não justifica eu tirar o carro. Sendo que eu tirei ele as 16:30. Acredito que se fosse uma alta temporada ou o hotel estivesse com super lotação. Eu entenderia.

Facilities Size of the room

Very simple and basic

The online check-in didn't work, and it took so long at the reception. The toilet is too tight. The room is dark, there is not enough light. I did not receive my invoice yet. There is no fridge in the room and the price of the water is extremely high.

The room lights were weak and the vending machines were very expensive.

Room, cleaning

The location is excelent, metro is literally on the next door or next corner. There are bus line available close by as well and shopping centre, restaurants, bakery, etc. Room is a bit small (double room with 2 single beds), there is no much space for luggage, clothes and towel(specially for wet towels).

Only breakfast TV didn’t work, room lights are unstable. Bad experience

The location, the food was VERY GOOD !! No A.C. in the room, no mini fridge, no water to drink, the towels had a very poor quality .....

Booking's charge policy

The location was amazing. São Paulo is a great city with tons of attractions and activities. It's very close to many locations we were planning to visit. I wish the parking was cheaper, or free for guests. The bed wasn't the most comfortable, the mattress was rather thin. The toilet, sink and shower were in different rooms.

Good location. Room was cleaned, but towels taken were not replaced. Also no soap provided. WC with exhaust system inverted. Air conditioning dripping inside WC. Small beds, mattresses not comfortable.

The location is absolutely amazing. Right in front of estação paraíso, very well located. The breakfast was also good (however cleanliness of the tables was not good enough). I have stayed in other Ibis Budget hotels before so I understand the concept, but this was lower quality than any other and had major flaws. The smell of the hallway was not good, the air conditioning felt more like a fan, the shower was installed in a way that water runs down the door and wets the bedroom. We had to make it work by doing a temporary fix, but then when you would take a shower you would always be inadvertedly touching the temperature control, making sudden changes on the water temperature (usually to the hotter side, burning your skin). When I left the plaque stating I wanted the cleaners to come they did not clean the room. They only changed the towels, emptied trash cans and made the bed. The room floor was still dirty. We had three people checked in and they left us with two clean towels and no floor mat (so the problem of the shower wetting the room only got worse). I tried contacting the front desk through whatsapp multiple times (since the room has no phone, that's how they suggest talking to them) and they never replied, I only talked to the AI, which said a person would soon speak to me, but it never happened. All in all, the stay was less than decent and absolutely not worth it. If I knew I was paying for this, I would have gotten a cheaper hotel close by (which there was).
