Front desk at check in was wonderful, warm, friendly and we were allowed to get into our room early, which was great after a very long flight. Luana on the front desk was an Angel as we needed to get a battery for my husbands watch. She looked up possibilities and sent us to the perfect location. We were very happy as it was the beginning of a 3 week trip. I would give the front desk and especially Launa a 10. Hotel is in a good location for restaurants. Given everything, a good price except for what I didn't like, which is why I wouldn't go back. The bathroom was very very dirty; it needed some tender loving care and deep cleaning. I was skeptical about taking a shower. While in our room, for 2 hours the maintenance department was in there with ladders going in and out, and so on because a part of the siding lights were coming down. We were in our room trying to relax and watch TV, so it was quite disturbing. We were referred to what we were told was a GREAT Italian restaurant, but the food was mediocre. The car service waiting at the hotel was a rip off; the driver was driving s l o w and hitting all the red lights. The taxi on the way back was half the price.

Overall it was a great experience. The rooms were clean and functional, the hotel location is great given the restaurants and super market that are walking distance from it, the staff was very friendly and supportive. I would definitely repeat my stay. Nothing in particular, the value for money is great!

The windows of the room do not provide sufficient acoustic isolation and allow too much noise from the outside to come in. This is even more relevant and impactful given the high standard of the hotel and the corresponding rate level.

A very safe location in Sao Paulo. Highly Recommended. Can add 1-2 vegetarian food options in Breakfast.
