O principal problema foi a demora absurda dos elevadores. Em algumas ocasiões, esperamos mais de 20 minutos para conseguir um elevador. Outro ponto que nos decepcionou foi o fato de o hotel não ter uma manta ou cobertor extra disponível quando solicitamos. É difícil entender como um hotel não consegue atender a um pedido tão básico. De modo geral, nossa experiência ficou muito abaixo das expectativas.

Great Location, And in general a good hotel. The gym was good and the pool would have been a highlight if id been there with my son. Great breakfast, and the restaurant area was good for informal meetings. I found the rooms a little run down. I would still stay there again next time, but furniture a little broken and old, bathroom sink area with the wood a bit swollen with humidity.
