I booked the wrong dates, so when I arrived at the hotel my reservation had already expired and since they were fully booked, they could not accommodate us. Nevertheless, I got full help from the front desk. They immediately started looking for another hotel for me and made the reservation. This is not usual or common. I left the hotel with the best impression. Don’t know about the facilities but customer services is awesome! Thanks Laís for being so nice.!!

The location was perfect. Across the street from all the restaurants Our room had a shared door to the room next to us. I didn’t like that to much but it wasn’t an issue was just able to hear the neighbor when they shower or watch tv

Location The dirty in the bathroom. Black spots in the wall and ceiling with moldy. The door of the bathroom with huge water damage. No water at the sink of the kitchen.

Location, layout of the bedroom and the rooftop breakfast! The photos of the bedroom on the website aren’t updated so beware. The bathroom is very dirty with mold on the roof and black spots in the marble of the shower ?! The bathroom’s door has water damage and it’s very dangerous due to splinters! There aren’t sufficient lights in the room. We had to ask them to change several bulbs ?. Additionally the walls and furniture need restoration.

The location, the rooftop breakfast and the floor plan of the apartment. The mold and black spots at the bathroom. The bathroom door was destroying with the water of the shower. The condition was unhealthy. The hotel photos also don’t match to the three apartments that my family occupied. We have to ask to the staff to change 3 bulbs ? lamps. There was no water at the sink of the bar. The bathroom tap was water leak.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very oldstyle. There was missing the locking of the doors to the balcony, therefore is was not possible to lock these doors.

Breakfast is included. The location is in the best area near fancy restaurants and shopping center. Most rooms have a nice balcony. The swimming pool is indoors next to the gym.

The TV was huge! Nice shower and nice breakfast. The location is nice, safe. The room was really small, too tiny space between the bed and walls, we barely could fit our big bags.
