There is one beautiful church at a walkable distance. Staff - very helpful, friendly Breakfast - so many options, delicious cookies and cakes, veg and non veg a lot of varieties. Rooms - enough big, neat n clean, comfortable bed, nice city view.

Its location and the staff were very nice, efficient and polite. There was mould on the tiles of our bathroom, and the wooden details on the walls were completely eaten. The pool was supposedly heated but it was quite cold, though I do understand it is winter. Breakfast was great one morning but then the next there was almost nothing, even though we arrived at its opening.

My Key fob stopped working twice during my stay. I was also put in a room near contrition noise, so they had me change rooms during my stay.

Comfortable room, cool art all around the lobby to see, nice rooftop pool and cute little gym. The staff was kind There was a very small selection of gluten free foods for breakfast - just one bolo. Not even the pao de queijo was gluten free. The breakfast selection looks big until you are allergic to lactose and gluten and then it is very small. Also no teas with caffeine, only fruit and mint teas. It would also be nice if there was unlimited drinking water but they limited it to two cans of agua sem gas and 1 com gas per day. Weird when it’s possible to have water filters installed.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating!! The location is great! The hotel is very outdated, the pool is small and the wall around it is all broken/chipped. The room is plain and unwelcoming, the breakfast also very plain.

Beautiful property, very modern and updated. Has pool, has sauna has gym. Beautiful dining area and very good breakfast. Amazing hospitality. I wish the pool was heated.

Well, it is fro Melia -a known brand. Seemed to have been remodeled lately. Gym was ok, but nothing too fancy. Spacious room, but not really well used. TV was too far away from the bed. Not a comfortable chair to work in. There was no plug close to the table. Restaurant closed early.

The lining and organization are very nice. Staff is outstanding. Some maintenance to be done in old rooms and bathrooms. Some old things and maintenance to be done.
