I was initially given a room that was occupied and when I entered the room there was someone leaving the shower which was extremely embarassing.

The hotel is situated in a prime location, close to the best restaurants, drug stores, and grocery stores. The room was quite old, and the bathroom sink was clogged. The shower was leaking through the glass enclosure, and the floor had not been cleaned properly; I found hair from previous guests on the floor and even on the bed. Additionally, the pillow had a strange smell and some stains on it.

The hotel's location is excellent, next to several restaurants, stores and even a movie theater. The room was large and clean, fully functional and with a great view of the city The breakfast area is really crowded at peak hours, The business center was basically a table with two computers back to back, and a chair on each side,
