Hotel is brand new ! 1 year old. All clean. Confortable. Location is very good and staff is very welcoming. Braksfast is a great brunch and room is super confy Gym was good. Not very good but good. The only thing is some miss apparels for the legs as well as sauna. There is no sauna. All other is great.

The location is good and in a safe part of town. The room, though small, is clean and comfortable. The hotel appears to be fairly new, and everything is well-maintained. Breakfast is also quite good, with plenty of options. The experience and quality did not match the price of $460 per night. For that amount I would have expected more professional and experienced staff, prior notice if alarms were being tested on a Sunday morning, a larger room, and not having to pay an extra $30 for breakfast and still paying for additional eggs. As a frequent traveler in luxury hotels, this felt more like a 4-star property experience and in no way like the quality or experience of a 5-star.

The food in the restaurant was lacking. We went for a short dinner and ordered a very difficult meal; a hamburger. It was not and did not meet Westin standards. Small burger for the money and the ketchup for the fries came in the small plastic packets....at a Westin.

We were only there for one night. The breakfast was great, staff was super friendly, perfect location. We did order room service, the food wasn't great and arrived cold.

The breakfast was exceptional. Lots to choose from - healthy fresh juices, fruit and yogurts, several kinds of breads and cereals and many different types of hot items to order. The restaurant for dinner or lunch also has several delicious but also healthy menus. I can't think of anything. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Location. It is also brand new. The gym was in the smaller end

Room was small. No water in rooms. We had to call to get some and it took 30 mins to be delivered. Then they only brought 2 small cans of water Second day we went and bought our own. Not what is expected for 5 stars
