I really appreciated the service at the hotel. all the staff were friendly, pleasant and very attentive. the cook and her assistant were very nice because they helped me get my sim card on the first day and the girls at reception were perfect, especially when it came to helping me call an Uber for my outings. The area where the hotel is located is very quiet and safe, nothing to worry about. the only thing i didn't like was the fact that i didn't have a wardrobe for my clothes in the room, no tables or chairs either so it was impossible to use the room. the only thing we could do was dress up as there was only the bed and two stools. The hotel had to furnish the rooms a bit more to make the guests feel more comfortable.

Breakfast. It was previously a "Motel" (Brazilian love motels) and it still has its roots at that side. It was also not clear in the information about the place.

Breakfast was great and the employees are lovely, very attentive and polite. My stay at the hotel was very nice in general and the people are very welcoming. There are times when the internet is good and times when it doesn't work, possibly due to the amount of people using the hotel. The cleaning itself could have been more careful - the shower and mirror were not that clean, but the rest was very clean and organized. In my room, specifically, it was not possible to use the hair dryer, the plug was broken. It was just small details, but overall, it was very pleasant! I have just one suggestion: in my room there was only a small mirror, very difficult to get dressed, maybe it would be better to put a long mirror in the room, or at least one in the hallway or elevator, as the hotel in general does not have mirrors.
