The location was great, next to a beautiful public park. Walkable to restaurants within 1/2 mile and a great shopping mall and supermarket (all in one location). The staff was very polite and helpfull. Make sure you have local currency on you to tip staff bringing your luggage up to your room. I didn't like the restaurant prices so I walked to restaurants instead.

A very bad experience and definitely such a hoptel doesn'tt meet Blue Tree standards. Cleaning, specially in the bathroom. A lot of dust in the room!

Old facilities and poor maintenance. Bluetree definitely needs to invest more to bring the property to a better level.

The hotel itself (reception, restaurant, lobby) was very nice and inviting. However the room we stayed was not clean, the floor was sticky, the bathroom was dirty. The room could definitely use some cleaning and upgrading. It lacked a sitting area and a place for luggage. The staff were wonderful.

The balcony My room was at the end of a creepy hallway where the links barely worked and my room was dirty

The location was perfect. Walking distance to the nearby shopping mall and in a very nice community. When I reserved the room, there was no mention of ongoing construction at the property. It consisted of very loud banging on the walls and interior which made a great deal of my stay very uncomfortable and unpleasant during the day. Fortunately, the workers stopped in the evening and I was able to sleep okay.

Room was clean I think this hotel has got 4 stars on booking only because it has a swimming pool, otherwise it corresponds to a 3 star hotel. The rooms are rather simple and the breakfast wasn't particularly good. The only good thing about the location is the shopping center nearby, otherwise there are only residential buildings in the area
