I highly recommend this hotel to other travelers. Place was clean and nice. Lot of comfort for a relatively small room. Hotel stuff is very professional and super friendly. They helped me with things not related to my staying there. Professional and kind people. Location is good to moving by uber. As a stranger in Sao Paulo i can say i was lucky to book there.

nothing it is not a hotel, it is a motel for a quick sex.

It is a bluff we didn’t stay at that night our stay was like a stop on our way to the airport we had to leave and they didn’t give us back the money. Looks like prostitution place, many strange faces smoking in the lobby . the photos it’s not the same as the reality Everything it is not proper hotel Not clean I wonder how booking can include such places in their site

Staff was very nice and tried to do their best. Room, especially bathroom - everything installed was cheap, too small - windows of bathroom and main window above door was cheaply installed and you could hear everything happening outside and inside. Water coming out of door all the time when taking shower. There was no Toilet paper in the room.

I liked the efficiency and competencies of the staff my room was great but the bathroom was to small for my obesity nature and was located to the other room upstairs which was perfect and l enjoyed myself I didn't like the lights cut off during the rain storm it took the whole night for them to be put back up l don't blame the hotel much but the municipality of the area for being inconsiderate to the businesses operating at that time of the evening throughout the night till morning
