Nothing is perfect.

the location is great, there are very good restaurants around. The people are so so kind, so considerate, so helpful, it is a delight to talk to all of them. We enjoyed the trip and stay very very well! the breakfast room is a bit off like a meeting room

Wifi didn't work very well and the staff only spoke portuguese

It was under construcción and when I did the reservation was no information about this, noise everywhere was imposible to rest during the day, and they said the it is a information about this in the lift, ??????

Nice location, parking valet made it easy to arrive with bags, uneventful check-in... everything you expect when you get there. Room was confortable, good bed and pillows, nice couch to relax and watch TV. The best was left for the 2nd day thoug: the breakfast! The restaurant was very nice, with a glass ceiling that brightened up the place with natural light. Everything you expect from a good continental breakfast, assortments of breads, cereal, cakes, drinks (coffee/juices), plus the omelet/tapioca/grilled chese stand. Perfect! The bathroom is way too small, almost uncomfortable, and costed the 10 in the review. Nothing that can be done about it without "major surgery" though, so I wouldn't expect any improvements in the short term. Also a minor complaint about the TV: it's enclosed in a wooden frame that rotates 360 degrees so 1 TV set covers both the bed and the couch - that may have worked nicely when it was originally designed, but now all TVs have rear speakers, so the sound comes out really "boxed", very unpleasant. But again, a minor issue, I wasn't there to watch TV :)

No English Chanels or options on television couldn't watch television. Not many staff members spoke English.

The hotel is very well located for my purposes. Breakfast has several great options. The Room is a good size and comfortable. The bed is a good size and comfortable. In general, the tidiness of the room is good, as is the friendliness of the staff. The room furniture is old and needs replacement. The cable TV signal is terrible, making it impossible to watch some channels. Air conditioning system too noisy. As the demand for hotels in the region is very high, the impression I have is that the hotel does not invest in improvements. Which makes it very expensive for what it offers.
