The only thing we would say needs improvement is when ordering drinks by the pool, it took 1 hour to get our drinks and the order wasn’t correct. We noticed others were experiencing the same that day.

Great facilities, great decor. Weird region of São Paulo to build a hotel in, but convenient if you need to be around those parts. Breakfast was very impressive - felt like 5star hotels in China. Staff need more training

The rooms are spacious and very clean, with a comfortable layout that makes for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. The SPA facilities were excellent — well-maintained, relaxing, and a real highlight of the stay. Overall, everything was quite good, and the experience met expectations in every way. A solid choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. For the high rate charged for a single room, breakfast should be included. Also, the fridge in the middle of the room was quite noisy at night, which was a bit annoying.

I enjoyed most the Bar of the Hotel, at night it was Blues night and the band was great, and the attention, food and drinks were the best.

I traveled from Calgary, Canada for work to Sao Paulo. The location is great. It's far away from downtown, but you don't want to stay close to downtown Sao Paulo for safety purposes. All the great restaurants are close to the JW Marriot. The pool area is great and the room is very clean and modern. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
