Breakfast was impressive. The ladies from the front desk were very kind. My room was humid, the handle door was broken and the foldable table was broken. There is no night stand nor a chair where you can sit. My other room was lacking a stand to put my staff (bathroom area). It was a disappointment for sure…

Room was extremely tight and a little smelly too. Also the the drain in the sink and shower was not working properly.

Location was great with nearby restaurants and bars in the Brooklin area. Breakfast was good with many bread options, sweets, and deli meats. The bed was not comfortable. The bathroom toilet seat was annoying because the lid kept falling on our back when seated.

The location and kind staff. Check in was quick, parking lot service was fine and breakfast was fair. Location is very good as there are a lot of restaurants and bars options around. Even a shopping center. Cleanliness and mattress. The restroom was full of prior customers hair. The washbasin dirty of toothpaste. The bedspread cloth tore. The impression is that the hotel is missing management

The location The place was not clean (the room, the entry hallway and the dishes at breakfast). No walking space in the room (ended up hitting the TV and the phone - which was not working).

Very basic hotel with unbelievably small rooms around 4m2 , very uncomfortable stay. It's not Tokyo, it's Sao paulo you would expect a decent size room. The staff is not great either
