staff was exceptional, plenty of hot water to shower to warm your body in a cold room. Breakfast was decent. Close to Metro station but neighborhood questionable due to homelessness around the Metro station. no heating. During my stay. It was 14C and rained. The room did not have heating, was humid and felt as cold as outside. Hotel provided a heavy blanket and plenty of hot water to warm your body up. Slept with a blanket and hoody over my head. Departure day the weather was nice and the room was OK.

Breakfast was very good. The room was clean and the beds are very confortable. The staff was nice. The location used to be very good, but now there are a lot of homeless people in the surrounding area.

The two beds were ample and the breakfast was good, they provided us with extra pillows and blankets promptly when requested. The staff were rude upon arrival, we didn't speak the language and they didn't even make an effort to try in either English or Spanish, and the bellmen didn't help us with our luggage. The elevators are extremely slow and full all the time, the rooms were adequate in size but the curtains didn't close properly, which was unbearable at 5 am, which is when the sun rises, it was extremely hot, even with the AC. The sink was clogged and there was no reaction to our complaint (which we were very kind about).

Room was very big, with big windows and a nice view. the beds were comfortable. it was in the centre, which is nice if you want to visit. the window was leaking and the floor next to it got wet, we came very late and we weren't bothered to get another room. it was very busy at the breakfast, we felt a little bit uncomfortable with our small children. but overall was a comfortable stay.
