We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was spacious, very well designed, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, definitely one of the highlights of our stay. We also loved the bathroom, especially the size of the shower and the perfect water temperature, as well as the thoughtful amenities like the moisturizer, shampoo, and shower cap. The breakfast was wonderful, with incredible variety, everything delicious and very well served, and the staff was kind and attentive throughout. Honestly, our experience was very good overall. The only small suggestion would be to include a toothbrush and toothpaste in the room, as that would be a nice extra touch for future guests. Other than that, everything met our expectations very well.

I mostly liked the location. Very close to the event. A crazy guy from hotel staff invaded my room during the hotel stay time. Luckly nothing exposure happens but it was very embarrassing anyway. Additionally, the parking region has been attacking by thieves who steal cell phones.

Everyone was very proactive and caring. The check-in/check-out was smooth and quick. The room's perfect. Liked it very much! It's a little expensive but I get it... It's at the heart of São Paulo, after all!

The facility was clean, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. I also asked for my luggage to be stored after checking out, and they kept it secure. The staff was friendly even with the language barrier. I would definitely book again!
