It was 10 mins away walking from the venue we were attending. Free coffee and bread/cake every morning Bunkbed almost falling to pieces, very old and loud AC unit, front desk people not very kind, just doing their job.

The Location Room has no space, shower is not suitable.

The price and its across the street from the bus station. The walls are thin and you can hear everything. The blanket in the room was full of hair.

It was close to the terminal tiete The hotel had 3 locations, they gave our room away although we informed them about late checkin. Then they sent us back and forth between their locations.

The receptionist was really nice and helpful. Also really close to the bus station so good for that. The room was a box with no windows. The bed sheets were a bit dirty and had holes in them. The bathroom was tiny. Overall, very outdated.

The location is great if you need to take an early morning bus The room was seemingly clean, but the bed sheets were brown and really worn out! The room didn't really have a window and the bathroom was really small. The staff was friendly but unexperienced. Also the room smelled of disinfectants to the point that it was unpleasant.

Nice workers Not giving the right room becouse workers sleep tjere and wanted to be alone in the room, no properly cups no dishes....minimon engagements in kitchen...could be better
