Nice, private room for a night of sleep Breakfast was too cheap - bread and fruit. Bathroom sink too small. Other guests too loud and yelling in the hallway late at night!

The location is very good near bus and metro station and the staff is nice, they can keep your luggages for free. Maybe it’s two small and the wifi did’t work well.

The main thing that annoyed me was that it said it has air conditioning and it does not. They say they have this weird cooling system but it doesn’t work and it’s definitely not air conditioning

Nothing. I was booked into Paulistano Center Norte but I was told I couldnt stay as there was no coffee and my room was being renovated. I was escorted to a sister hotel not too far away also named Paulistano. When I arrived there the checkin did not go smoothly, they were having trouble finding my reservation. I gave them my booking number but it seemed that didnt help either. In the end I was given a room and charged the same rate as per booking.com. The room was simple. No linen on the bed, I had to request a top sheet. Slept poorly as the bed was very saggy. Cockroach in the shower. Breakfast was coffee and a buttered roll. I chose there as it was close to the bus station.
