Breakfast Buffet is awesome! Also location who is at the Expo Center Norte (walking distance) and shopping is around the corner. Check-Out was a disaster. Friday morning, only two members of the staff were doing a big line. Had to wait 20 minutes for a simple check-out.

Location good for access to bus station. Great room and good breakfast. The fact that they had just changed to a new payment system which had an issue with payment but the fid eventually resolve after explaining to multiple people. Also food in Resturant at night good- could not even cut the chicken and the veg was cold.

The room is big, breakfast is great. Location is good. It took more than 40 mins to wait to check in at the counter. Not sure if because of the system or less number of staff.

amazing helpful staff especially Luciana in reception , good location , great value maybe only the not secure area because a lot of homeless around the hotel

It was practical for us to stay in the same hotel as the congress we were going to. The room is quite big. Uncomfortable towels with small tears/holes, shower box leaking outside. My stay was one day, I let the guys know about the issue and didn't want anyone to fix it while I was there, but still they came and went about 3 times.

Staff from the reception not very keen to help accommodate any requests. Zero flexibility. Zero concern about trying to be nice.

After the airline lost my baggage, I gave the hotel address and when they found the bag, they delivered it there. They did not tell me, and they hubg up the phone multiple times when I was trying to talk to them
