The location is very good and being near Patio Higienopolis is a bonus.Breakfast was fine. The magnetic keys are frustrating, they do not work in two of the elevators.Fortunately they are not needed in the other two. One night I learned too much about my neighbor's sex life.

Staff was lovely and attentive! My stay was short but they were super accommodating of my request to enter early and leave late due to flight changes. Super conveniently located for the event I was in town for. Would certainly stay here again!

The location of the hotel is great, peaceful and nice. The breakfast buffet was great and the room was spacious and nice.

Location, size of the room, eletric kettle, size of bed. The shower was hot but the water could / should get hotter…

Noisy room, bad air conditioning and mini-fridge, also noisy, poorly maintained elevators, low-quality breakfast. You can only use the bathrobes if you buy them for a high price. We do not intend to return.

Food / restaurant was just OK. Meat was a bit tough ( both the steak and chicken. Air conditioning in my room did not work great.

I liked the location and the front desk team The backup teams of maid services, breakfast services need more training. Response to requests are negligible to inexistent.

So outdated! Mold absolutely everywhere in the shower. Furniture from the 90’s. Definitely not a 4 star, I don’t know where they got the idea that they are a 4 stars hotel. Wear and tear. Not a 4 star. Needs to reviewed.

Pleasant staff, setting, location, etc. We are kosher-keeping and needed hot water repeatedly (to make our own food prep, coffee, tea). A hot water pot/coffeemaker would have been very helpful as would have been a microwave. Also would have enjoyed the availability of an ice machine on the floor.

Other then the great and conveniently location, the property went trough some renovation on the common areas. It looks great. Staff is great, Hans is a great example of how professional and courteous a front desk should be.

Front desk provider excellent service in all aspects, specially Miquelina. Maintenance and other staff were very friendly and helpful. The room doors should have some isolation tape to prevent doors to be so noisy when they are closed, which was not pleasant, specially at night.

The receptionists were not very welcoming, except for Wilson and a trainee sitting beside him, learning the ropes... The people at the restaurant were not particularly friendly either! Staff being more friendly would certainly be a Plus.
