Place was very clean. Beds were quite comfy, we were able to rest after a long day. Staff was helpful as well. Price was very good. We didn't have high expectations, so were not bothered by the room's simple look. Unfortunately, our experience was still quite bad. We arrived back in the middle of the night, after a long day with a wedding and a party only to realize there is no water... It turned out there was no water in the whole street until next morning. I realize this was not the fault of the hosts, but we were quite miserable. What was also bothersome was the layout of the bathroom: the shower is not at all separated, so taking one will flood the toilet and everything near it. The toilet paper, for some reason, is installed on a wall that's unreachable from the toilet, it's literally on the other side of the room. Lastly, the chairs in the - super tiny - reception area were completely wet, which we only realized after sitting on them for a few minutes...

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The neighborhood looks safe. There is a padaria at the ground floor. The room is big. The shower has a firm spray and is very hot. The bathroom has an open shower, so a large part of the floor gets wet. There were no hooks to put the towels to dry. There was a lot of noise during the night. Our room was close to the washingmachines, I guess the noise came from there.

Great value for money. Very good location, everything on doorstep from bars to restaurants. Rooms are a bit small but it’s very cheap for its location. Very friendly staff, they don’t speak English but google translate was invented for a reason I guess. Very helpful staff and good at heart.
