Breakfast It was dirty and needs a urgent maintenance! It was found a band-aid in the towel.

The rooftop has a beautiful view, and a pool that invites you in. It was a beautiful sunny day and we enjoyed it by the pool. My friends and I had great meals at the restaurant. The parmegian was amazing, and the cheesecake with goiabada was delicious. The room was comfortable and the shower was perfectly warm. The location is also great, pretty close to the Morumbi mall. The staff were friendly and helpful. Had an amazing time and would absolutely stay at this hotel again.

I did the reservation on booking, teh same night. It was confirmed and we took a taxi to the hotel. On arrival, the receptionist told us that there was a problem in the systrem, and that the hotel was fully booked. There was another copuple in the same situation. When I started to call other hotels, and fiund a room at the Wyndham Paulista, the receptionist seems to find 2 empty rooms that we could use. We of course did not accept this proposal, since he was pulling our leg with a very high rate, And suddenly he has 2 empty rooms??? This is cheating and wanting to take profit of desperate customers, at 01.00AM. Very bad game. We went to the Wydham, where we got a decent room for a much lower price (and we paid 244€...).

The room is excellent, very good for a single or a couple. Breakfast is good.

Good place Spacious room The main problem is the musty smell

Great value for your buck - definitely a "work" hotel, but I had a great time with my wife. Rooms were clean and spacious, staff was very helpful, and awesome breakfast.

The cleanliness is not good in general. They could also offer more space in the closet, which is ok if you are spending 1 or 2 nights, but too small for 2 people 4 days. The staff is not friendly and the breakfast is ok.

Locations was reaally good... a few minutes to the train station. Also, the staff is very professional.

room size breakfast poor
-
Very limited selection not ideal for 4 star hotel Very pricey rooms compared to others for less quality
-
the rooms are very dark (it seems night when outside it was clear sky), mine was freezing cold due to the fact that it was 10°C outside and they let the windows opened. Quite noisy when the other rooms are closing doors. The facilities are poor. Swimming pool was closed. breakfast was so-so

This hotel has a very good value for money, it is at a good location, the place is nice and everything works fine. The staff is really helpful and provided many good info and support about the region. The gym was ok but could have more equipment. The card for the elevator and room doors worked one or two times before you had to go back to reception to make it work again. Besides that, there are not so many things to improve.

Breakfast is fairly good. Location is excellent (for my purpose of visiting São Paulo). The room is very spacious and clean. The Broken AC is the cause of all my negative comments. They offered a price discount but that does not cool you off when the temperature is in the upper 80sF. There is a coffee machine in the room but NO coffee pods. They were completely out, didn't have refills, and didn't offer a complimentary coffee at their bar or lobby. They charged me R$9 per coffee, even though it was the same type of machine they had in the room. The worst was that their AC (air conditioned) was broken the entire time I was there. They new ahead of my arrival but had no suggestion to relocate me to another facility. They send emails prior to my arrival offering early checkin and late checkouts but never alerted me of the NO AC situation. The temperature was around 30C or upper 80sF.

Clean and confort. Affordability. Local Nothing to declare

Swimming pool: there was no shade available - not a parasol, an ombrelone or the like. It was then impossible to stay longer by the pool. No service by the pool was available, so we had to ask for towels at the reception, 9 floors below. Breakfast: it was nice and well furnished. Nevertheless, I tried to ask for an extra - a simple cheese omelet - which cost was not proportional to the rest - in fact one cheese omelet was priced over 12% of my room rate. Not reasonable at all and I obviously cancelled the request.
