At the arrival we found piss on the toilet seat, however the staff felt sorry and put us on another room.

We both liked the location. ( I knew the area ) I am Brazilian. My husband and I loved the breakfast. The bedroom was spacious. We would stay there again, but would ask for a renovated room with coffee and tea, tv in English( which should be something in all rooms anyway) We did not know that our room would not have coffee, tea, or even a pot. Fortunately, a very kind waiter arranged a teapot for us. For us, having tea and coffee in our room is essential. Nobody in the hotel spoke English. Not even in the reception. My husband does not speak Portuguese yet, he is learning. The bathtub was too high, making it hard to get into the shower. The bidet was impossible to use. It looked very old and dirty. In general, the bathroom and pieces of the room needed a deeper cleaning. There was a stained chair. Our TV had no channels in English.

This hotel staff was amazing !! They are kind, prompt, and efficient . The breakfast was wonderful, and the room was extremely comfortable. I will definitely return! There was absolutely nothing I could say bad about my stay.

Breakfast good, great restaurants nearby, relaxed environment, good smell, staff was really great attending my needs room was old and decrepit, mattress insufferable, I hurt my knee on the sharp edge of the bath-tub doors trying to exit and it was swollen, bloody and sore for a few days, air-conditioning would not respond to temperature settings.
