Breakfast was poor, and the overall staff at the hotel were not good.

Staff was not the most welcoming. And facilities were a bit disappointing, especially the pool area. And the amenities were not all in the room and we had to ask for soap.

The bathrooms and rooms are amazing. It looks and feels line a top brand. Breakfast is better than the Reinassance Paulista! Nothing all amazing

location was centric, ample room Internet did not work well in the whole room, and generally it was unstable. Gym was not good; old machines and several don't work properly. Toilet usually required multiple flushes to pass.

Great breakfast and people. One of the senior’s employees at the restaurant, works very hard during breakfast. He was fast, constantly cleaning and replacing the food. He was very noticeable during breakfast time because of his efficiency

Location is good, breakfast was good staff was nice . Room service was great she worked hard changed the towels and emptied the trash day. Pool area is pitiful and very run down. The biggest down fall is the internet very very bad not reliable on any way and also it’s un secured (open) network. Its 2025 which internet personal information under attack every moment of every day nothing says I can care less about you and your personal information and cyber security then Intercity Paulista.

The bedroom is spacious and comfortable. The location offers a wide variety of restaurants and shopping centres. The breakfast service could be improved by the chefs, because they were a bit annoyed when we placed orders for breakfast. If the hotel offers this options to guests they should be able to cook omelet’s and tapiocas by orders. Otherwise I would suggest to remove it from the menu. The breakfast time probably the first contact that the guests have every morning with members of their staff, so I think it’s advisable that are able to deliver a warm welcome!
