Great new rooms. Staff was great (Jessica at reception was very helpful and kind)

Very Good location and Good value for money. Good breakfast also The elevator system is really complicated. You can only go to your floor, but we where in a large group of friends and couldnt go to each others floor

The hotel is well located for Paulista Avenue. The room size was good and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast had a lot of variety and l enjoyed it. The staff on the front desk were friendly and helpful. I paid for an upgrade but ended up in a room next to some pretty major internal works which after a long flight was very annoying. The staff moved me to another room but the quality of the second room was poor. Just small things that could easily have been put right by a person with a screw driver and a box of light bulbs. The hotel have refunded the money l paid for the upgrade which was a fair gesture.

Nothing in particular to like. Confusion at check-in; they couldn't find my reservation. Breakfast: one day ok, one day not so good.

Also we were three on the room, and they left only two sets of towels, again had to go to reception and ask for a third set. During breakfast there were not enough coffee cups to serve coffee to all guests, therefore you had to ask for them and wait for the staff to go and clean some and get them back. I saw a line in front of the coffee machine several times during my stay waiting to get some cups… On Saturday I went out of the hotel at 10:30 AM and returned around 3:30 PM, just to see that no one came to make the room (even when I left the sign at the door), went to reception again to inform and ask for someone to go and make the room while I went to have something at the bar. At 4:35 PM, I went to check the room again, just to see that again no one went… new complaint at reception (the called in front of me at told me someone will go)… back to the bar… and back to the room at 5:00 PM to see again that no one went… HUGE complaint at the front desk and cancelled the request. For my experience just avoid this hotel, no need to waste any money on it. Also I left a couple of photos showing bad maintenance.

The rooms were comfortable and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful in general. Coffee was not replenished even though I specifically asked for it. It should have been replenished even without asking since I stayed at the hotel for many days. Also, the basin in the bathroom was getting clogged; I complained at the reception and they offered to address the issue, but did not do it and I had to suffer all through my stay.

This is a clean and relatively modern business hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful and it is conveniently located a short walk from Paulista Avenue. Several things were dated or didn't work -- like you could only use the shower, not the tub spout. And the Jacuzzi tub did not work. Most importantly for families - THERE IS NO POOL. Still, I would stay again for business based on the value.

Until today i haven‘t received my invoice.

Furniture was old No had outled in the room Coffe machine cannot turned on

Location is good for getting onto Avenida Paulista and metro stations. Shower power and temperature were good. It’s dated but that doesn’t mean it should not be looked after - many of the towels and bath mats looked old and had stains. The bed mattress was not great. The hair dryer is from the 90’s with no power. No iron… tv channels were not tuned properly.

An excellent place to stay when on the go. Close to the mall and entertainment areas like Augusta. Friendly staff (though communication for non Portuguese speakers can be a big challenge). The in-house bar on Level P1 had a limited choice of alcohol. One would have expected to find local beers for the visiting tourists.

Location was exceptional and was only a short walk to the main Avenue. The rooms were a little dated and did not quite look like the photos.
