Not much. - Very bad sound proofing one can hear every noise from the street, from the corridor, from other rooms but also from the gym, even though it is 3 floors below. - Unresponsive team : invoice not sent despite promise to do so upon checkout and 2 separate requests through Booking and by email.

Nothing was good. It was my worst translation. There were tiny cockroaches in the bathroom, torn sheets were used for the bed, and dirty colored towels. There was no black tea for breakfast, and for several days they hadn't even had boiling water.

A very well located hotel The place had a very dull atmosphere — almost a slightly sad feeling when you walked in, especially in the evenings. There’s a small balcony, but it can’t be opened (understandably for safety and security reasons). The mattress wasn’t comfortable, and the pillows weren’t great either. Towels, pillowcases, and the bedding in general often seemed dirty. The bathroom could really use some wall hooks. The staff didn’t come across as particularly approachable or welcoming. Since I was only there for three nights, I didn’t bother reporting these issues, but overall it wasn’t a good experience, especially considering the price for what you get. There are definitely better options nearby.

Bed was spacious and comfortable. Staff very friendly - special thanks to Italo who was very nice, helpful and charismatic. The gym was also good. Location is great. Considering the level of the hotel, I would expect some sort of fresh juice for breakfast. I believe all the options were not fresh.

The staff was great, common areas were great too. I was in a 14th floor and with the windows closed the noise from the street (construction nearby) was incredibly loud. Also, you could hear EVERYTHING from the rooms next door, the hallway, and upstairs. Even though we were there only to rest and were out most of the day, the noises made it difficult to get proper rest. Besides that, there was one day in which the cleaning staff forgot to attend our room to clean and organize, so they didn't have a lot to attention to detail.

I hated this hotel. Bad service, worse cleanliness, the street noise is annoying, and the sounds of the neighboring rooms are as if they are in my room. The room service is very bad, and I don’t want to talk about it more. I want it erased from my memory.
