Breakfast was good, location was good. Staff don't speak a lot of English. The lift is awefully slow and goes past floors all the time. Also paying at the hotel on credit card in a foreign currency attracts a 16% additioanl fee.

Location and staff Needs renovation

The location, near the Avenida Paulista, the best boulevard in Sao Paulo. Breakfast was ok as well. The staff and the noise in room 405 were major issues. Another guest, Marcello, mentioned in a review from November 2025 that the same noise was coming into room 405. We also reported that we couldn’t sleep because of a loud sound occurring every 20 minutes (likely from an external AC unit), but nothing was done. What’s more disappointing is that we were told the issue would be fixed, yet no action was taken. I understand that things can break, but they can also be repaired. In this case, it’s hard to understand how, after more than four months, the hotel still hasn’t addressed the problem. I recommend avoiding this room—or even the hotel altogether—as it seems customer concerns are not taken seriously.

Perfect for solo travellers and for short stays. Staff friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was good.

Nice neighbourhood, the location is really good. Close to metro / easy to get around with uber. The breakfast is really nice and so is the restaurant, where you can enjoy amazing food. The staff is nice and friendly, however be prepared that english is not well spoken. We had some issues with the bathroom, the toilet did not flush and only had hot water - after some miscommunication with the staff eventually it was solved, thank you for that.

Excellent location. Spacious. Not very soundproof. Could hear everything from outside. No blackout curtains. No way to keep it dark to sleep.

Exceptional

Satisfactory for a short stay Slightly strange guests on several floors up late at night and being quite noisy. Also we had a very early flight and other guests opened their doors at 2am as we walked past. Felt slightly unsafe although hotel had security.

Very good

We specifically booked this hotel for its proximity to Paulista Avenue. It was great to walk up and down this busy road on a Sunday and get to the enjoy the people, and the food on offer. The Lebanese restaurant next door where breakfast is served has an excellent happy hour at night which is extremely reasonable, and the food is excellent. The apartment could do with some upgrading as it was quite dated, and a little more furniture.
