Small room.

Estava tudo ótimo. O staff foi muito gentil, o café da manhã excelente. O quarto era muito silencioso e o chuveiro era incrível! A iluminação do quarto estava um pouco fraca, mas nada que comprometesse a estadia.

Location and staff Just to lifts, so it takes a while. Area for the breakfast is small for the amount of guests.

Good proximity to Paulista Ave Our sheets were dirty. Our drain was clogged. The concierge told us we needed 45 min to get to the airport and we needed 1.5 hrs and almost missed our flight

Location is very good. Staff is explendid. Bedroom is clean and confortable. The restaurant was in maintenance and the provisory place looks like a meeting room with no windows.

Room comfort and cleanness were good. The staff were gentle and friendly. Mostly helpful. Breakfast was really disappointing. For the name of hotel and the level of quality it sells, the breakfast looked "hostel" like - the kitchen itself was sad and the options were very limited. The gym was also "just to say it has a gym" style. 3 machines and actual no space to even move around.

Location to Paulista Avenue, friendly staff. Even though it was a struggle with the language, the staff still assisted with directions to get around the city. Nothing at all

I was over charged upon checking in - basically the front desk charged me three times more than was listed - the next morning the new front desk person apologized and promised to return the expense - which has yet to happen Upon check in I was also told that the hotel was full and I could not have the room I booked, had to have a single bed room. Then was given at first a key that didn't work, then a room (at 8pm!) that was completely unclean - bed sheets all over the place, dirty towels on the floor. I was then given a double bed room that magically appeared, which was cleaner, but had dirty towels inside the closet and the floor had specs, the window didn't fully close, no option to adjust the air conditioning. ! I happened to see the service elevator while trying to find the stairs, and it was awfully dirty. All in all, an unpleasant experience. I have stayed in other Mercures before, and had good experiences. But something is off with this unit.

The breakfast was affordable, and the meals were tasty. I loved the location as it was walking distance from shopping areas. The artwork helped with the aesthetics of the space The bed was divine! Staff was extra friendly. Transport was very easy to access. Needed a wider variety of the breakfast or change the offerings daily or every two days. Why not offer some local meals on the menu like pastels?

The rooms were clean; however the halls are shomehow dark.

I was travelling from South Africa. So this place was good for resting as well as the food options were amazing and fresh. Check in was smooth and the staff were friendly to me. Room was comfortable and cleaned everyday. N/A
