The room is very small, noisy and outdated

It met what we were looking for, which was a hotel close to Morumbi Stadium. Overall, it’s a decent hotel to stay at, but it’s definitely not worth the price. The hotel was average. When I booked it, given the price we paid (and even after paying for an upgrade at check-in), I expected more. The room was quite standard, and the bathroom was small—something you wouldn’t expect from a 4-star hotel. The towels had stains; they weren’t dirty, but they showed old marks. This is definitely something that should be improved. The breakfast was also fairly standard. We expected more for this type of hotel—greater variety—but instead it was similar to any typical hotel breakfast in Brazil. They invite you to order "tapiocas" and say they will bring them to your table, but this didn’t happen. You have to pick them up where they are being prepared, and in our case, the flavors were not the ones we selected. Finally, we waited 25 minutes at the front desk to check in. They said the system was slow, but honestly, that’s an unreasonable and wasted amount of time. They didn’t even offer a coffee or a glass of water to make the wait more pleasant. Overall, it’s a decent hotel to stay at, but it’s definitely not worth the price.

We'll definitely be back, when visiting Sao Paulo. PAID Vallet Parking. Although they were very professional and polite, I always like to park my own vehicle. Personal preference.

Location and breakfast Bathroom had a funny smell, the safe did not work, I had to change room

The bed was good. The hotel was very clean The food at restaurant was made from amateurs. We had a few times food there and since the breakfast where was served a bread like a rubber, old specialty in São Paulo where the breads are amazing everywhere. All food we order at restaurant was served frozen. The staff was good and friendly. The lady with a curative on her eye was very friendly and professional. Another problem was the noise because the cleaning in the patio at 6:00 am with a Kärcher.

breakfast tasted delicious and it's in the nicest part of the hotel. the hotel is quite aged and basic. in the room there was not a proper desk and chair to do work.

Great location if you’re going to Einstein Hospital. Very comfortable, nice welcome sweets, great breakfast in a beautiful place. Very convenient taxi station at the hotel with pre-agreed honest pricing. Price could be just a bit lower, but that’s all. Great hotel

We love the hotel, it was a fantastic experience, the food (3 meals provided) was 5 stars quality, staff very friendly and helpful, the facilities clean, the only minor comment was the rooms were too small for a family of 4, but the place was out of this world, highly recommended, if we are back to Sao Paulo, we'll definitely stay here again! Muito Obrigada! The small rooms accommodation and poor ping pong quality rackets and balls.
