When I arrived to the Pullman hotel I was told that the hotel was overbooked (I had reserved here about 2 weeks in advance). I was told that the hotel had a “sister hotel” next door the Mercurie and was offered a room there. My original reservation was a large king size room and was given instead a small queen size room at the Mercurie. I have never experienced something like this in a 5* hotel and I travel very frequently for work. I cannot recommend anyone staying here after this terrible experience!!

Love the Pullman. The staff are so friendly. The breakfast is amazing and the staff there - particularly Bruno do an excellent job in making sure your coffee is full and your food is served quickly. The gym is great too.

Location was perfect, breakfast was wholesome especially the fresh fruit platters, staff were warm and courteous. As soon as you enter the hotel, the party is on because it is a lounge :) Only two bottles of water in the room on the 1st day for a week long stay at the property - no replenishment. Am sure Pullman can do better than that.

Breakfast was amazing especially the fruit spread. Location was perfect. When you enter the hotel, it is so vibrant, colourful and full of life - an instant feel good. Front desk, staff etc. are all very courteous and warm. Will definitely stay here again. Room cleaning staff left unclean cups maybe thru oversight. It doesn't cost too much to leave two bottles of water everyday in the hotel room considering it is amongst the top few hotels in Sao Paulo.
