Sauna is joke

I was on the thirteenth floor and the whole night i could hear lots of loud noises coming from a device or machine working. It ruined my night. No way to rest with such annoying noise at night.

We we're made to wait an hour at check in time. The rooms smells of bleach. Tissue holder is ineffective, tissue roll keeps falling when you're pulling toilet paper to use. Wish staff speaks more english.

Location is perfect. Good breakfast. Overall noise level very low and attentive staffing Daily cleaning was not perfect and they didn't vacum the floor or the bathroom daily. I had to ask this specifically as the floor was with dust and hair after a few days

Breakfast served there is really very good. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Lovely outdoor swimming pool. They were able to accommodate very early morning arrival time.

I left a t shirt there and even though their lost and found was closed they were able to return it to me

Location is awesome with a lot of restaurants etc. around. Room is very spacious and well furnished. Breakfast, you must like, I did not. A/C made a lot of noise. Hotel needs a refurbish but they had started it.

Front desk people doesn’t speak English the only one that speaks English it’s very rude and nothing helpfully, I had a reservation from booking with my card loaded in the app and they said me to call the host , that host (app booking ) didn’t answer by text and I hadn’t mobile signal , I asked to use their phones to call to support, there were 3 person there in front desk and no one helped me , no one allow me to use a phone and no one gave me another option (like a new reservation ) worst experience ever

Very good quality. Nice hotel, nice size. Smell of cigarettes in my floor.

The staff were great, the room was clean, the pool was lovely. Our room lost hot water on day 2 of our stay. After a few hours it was determined that it couldn’t be fixed quickly and we were moved to a different room and the water was perfect. Breakfast was not a great value for the spend.
