the room was quiet small

I absolutely loved the breakfast buffet and room. lovely atmosphere. the location of the hotel is also excellent!! rooms are simple but very clean and modern.

Cleaning. I stayed for 7 nights and for 2 nights my room was not cleaned. I had to call them to do the bed at 10:30pm when returned from dinner

The location of this hotel is excellent. That truly is the highlight of our stay. The staff, namely Magno who helped us at check-in, and especially Eduardo (whom we interacted most with) made our stay exceptional. Eduardo gave us wonderful advice where to go, excursions and activities, and became a stalwart in helping us navigate Sao Paolo. Breakfast was lovely. The biggest downside is the wifi. We needed to change our room so we could get a better connection (so great kudos to Magno and the front staff for assisting us). The hotel is busy upgrading so we know it will improve steadily. The current state of the hotel certainly does not warrant it as a 5 star. Although the price range is high. The lifts are very small and the hallways are quite tiny. Yes, it's a safe and lovely location - but if you come here, just be patient while renovation and upgrading is taking place - the staff really do try their utmost to make your stay as comfortable as possible. To the Management at the Radisson Oscar Freire - please sort out the renovations quickly! You have amazing staff on board. There are better choices in the area at a far better cost. Earn the 5 stars you say you are - because that's where the value for money lets you down. As detailed above.

We thought the breakfast was excellent. The coffee was awesome as well as the juices. A decent amount of selections were offered which would accommodate most people. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Really had no complaints

was fantastic If anything found the lifts a bit confusing in the beginning but once got use to it was all good

The staff is great I mean it’s fine. Been staying here for the past 4 years but the quality has been going down. They have been renovating for the past 3 but the rooms look the same and old so I don’t really get it. It’s always the same old rooms I’ve never been to a renovated one in three years. The food has been gradually getting worse over time. The breakfast used to be great and today it was honestly bad.

great location, exceptional breakfast variety, very pleasant and helpful staff. Very centrally located in an upscale neighborhood. Room wi-fi was sometimes weak...

Overall very satisfying

the hotel is old and needs refurbishing. not having an outdoor pool is sad as one cannot get sun. reception staff were great, whilst restaurant needs management. shower water pressure is very poor, AC blows straight into the bed and needs to be directed. on crowded days, the restaurant becomes complicated.

Location is great Overpriced by miles for what it is. Bed is too big for the room. Receptionist demanded all the details of my wife despite the booking in my name. Badly humoured. Breakfast was mixed with the saltiest bacon on the planet

Everything was very clean and the staff was very nice It was further than I thought from Avenida Paulista and up a very steep hill
